Close: Saturday after fireworks

Conditions for Participation:
*All food vendors must pay an event fee: $100 by check payable to: “Johnny Appleseed Festival” with the application postmarked no later than September 14, 2012. Send application and fee to:

*All vendors must provide own shelter, equipment and tables, and will have an assigned space allotment.
*Electricity will be available, please bring your own cords to connect to our supplier.
*The Johnny Appleseed Selection Committee reserves the right to accept or decline any and all applications. The application fee will be returned to vendors not selected.
*Vendor assumes all responsibility and liability for all items sold and compliance with applicable laws including PA Department of Agriculture food handling requirements and the collection of PA sales tax.
*All vendors are required to be open at the times specified.
*All vendors will receive a garbage can and it is your responsibility to keep your area cleaned up and garbage can emptied into the dumpster and a new garbage bag placed in can.
*ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO LIST THEIR PRICES MAKING THEM VISIBLE TO ALL PATRONS.
*If the Johnny Appleseed Festival is cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances, all vendors will be notified by Monday October 1, 2012 by phone or email and event fees returned.
